Backup

On the maintenance > backup page you can backup and download individual database tables. Pressing the Export button will export the file to disk. The download button will force it to download onto your own computer. At the top there is a button that will download all exported tables into a single zip file.

Restore

To restore tables you can use the Restore Backup Button.

Click browse and select the table you want to restore. Then press Upload CSV and the table will be restored.
